It's A Sign

Zechariah 10:5 They will be like mighty men in battle, trampling the enemy in the mire of the streets. They will fight because the LORD is with them, and they will put the horsemen to shame.

Once in a while, we get to a place where we decide to do something extraordinary for God. Unfortunately, when you step into the will of God, there is always something lurking around the corner to try to talk you out of fulfilling the purpose of God. These are the little test of perseverance. When we continue to pursue God's purpose, a mob of slandering lips come to try to discredit the work you are doing for God's kingdom. The bible tells us that you will be persecuted but there are blessings that come from being persecuted.

The pressure of being persecuted might be great on the outside. When you focus on God, keep building endurance and strength to continue on. Do not look back. When you see something or someone coming against you it is a sign that something greater is on the other side. Stay grounded in your faith and yield to the Holy Spirit. The reward will be great in heaven and here on earth, any kingdom purpose will multiply and be great in number. Every kingdom blessing is eternal and will multiply. You will be blessed to be a blessing.

Thank you Father for your hand of mercy and grace upon me. Help me to run this race with endurance and victory. In Jesus name, Amen.

19 Now those who had been scattered by the persecution that broke out when Stephen was killed traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch, spreading the word only among Jews.20 Some of them, however, men from Cyprus and Cyrene, went to Antioch and began to speak to Greeks also, telling them the good news about the Lord Jesus.21 The Lord’s hand was with them, and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord.
