Step 2
Repentance isn't just saying to God I'm sorry or remorse. Repentance means (re) as in repeat (pent) as in a penthouse or high place. (Acts2:38, 1 John 1:9) It means to go back to God, your first love. The bible says to turn back to your first love (1 John 4:19, Revelation 2:4) which is God your source. Repenting and renouncing things is saying you are turning your back and doing whatever you need to do necessary against, evil, sin, or bondage. All sin which is basically disobedience or rebellion against God comes in three ways that affect what we do, emotions, etc. (1John 2:15-16)
The lust of the flesh (sex, masturbation, homosexuality, eating disorders, cutting yourself, etc.)
The lust of the eyes (greed, gluttony, addiction, hoarderism, selfishness, etc.)
The pride of life (stubbornness, arrogance, vanity, egotistic, etc.)
Step 3
Lord, I repent of every sin I have committed that opened an unwanted door to demonic or spiritually illegal activity in my life. I also repent of my family, past and present that participated in sins that produced any curse on my life. I renounce (addiction, sexual immorality/perversion, illegal gain, witchcraft, idolatry, violence, word curses) the agreement I and my family made with hell. Father cleanse my heart and the words of my mouth, I pray that any area of unforgiveness that by your spirit I pray for forgiveness. Although I forgive, I will no longer allow that attachment in my life. I close the door to toxic behaviors. Satan & your demonic army you have no authority over my life, I turn my back on you. I am covered by the blood of Jesus. I am a child of God and I walk in accordance with the word of God and the Holy Spirit. I pray & decree that I will no longer make any openings in the spirit that allow the enemy to attach my life. I pray and order the army angels of the Lord to make a hedge of protection around me and my family. The blessing of the Lord adds to my life and there is no sorrow in it. The blessing of the Lord is on me, my goals, and my family we are moving forward by the leading of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus' name. Amen.
